Post Bush to America: I'd rather spend your money on...
"The terrorists" in Afghanistan and Iraq than to actually spend it putting it back into this country, you know, for the good of the American people.

Just a selection from the article: A plan announced Wednesday night by Senate leaders would pay for the wars until a new administration take over.

But it would likely kill money for 13 weeks of additional unemployment benefits for the jobless, heating subsidies, fighting Western wildfires and aid to rural schools, among many programs backed by senators in both parties despite a promised veto from President Bush.

Yep, we'll spend $158 billion on two ill-advised, unpopular wars, but will deny benefits to the people who pay the money into the government.

Is this man really that fucking stupid...oh...wait...nevermind.

Meanwhile, Bush has promised to veto the GI Bill that just passed the senate. The bill, sponsored by Jim Webb, dramatically increases college funding for military veterans.

Bush supports the troops, just not with actual money, education, or laws. But I'm sure he wears a flag on his lapel, which is really all that matters.

I fixed it, I was so made, I fucked it up.

I don't why i still get so mad at Bush, its not like I've ever not been made at him, but still.

How can 30% of the population still give him a favorable approval rating, what the bloody hell must he do to convince them he sucks?

This is the same 30% that believe in creationism. Give them a break -- they're stupid.

I'll give them a break on creationism, but not on Bush.
