 Re: Palin's Political Future
The important thing is Obama doesn't appear to be mentally damaged like Palin, so one can forgive the odd slip up. I never latch on to those faux pas myself, i mean Bush had plenty but it wasn't an aspect of the man i considered a valid area to criticize.

You believe that? He said it in 1 of his speeches and it's documented for heaven sakes.. And really, not that it's that big a deal cause everyne slips up from time to time, but if this were Sarah Palin, the media and SNL would be all over her about it, but Obama simply gets a pass.. You can't possibly deny this??

You can't possibly deny this?? Did you not read the next few posts I made? I even linked to the video of him saying it. I know what he said. You said "Too busy bagging Sarah Palin for not knowing Africa was a Continent and let's Obama slip by without knowing how many States we have"...my question was if you honestly thought he did not know that there were only 50 states. But you do admit it was just a "slip up"? Not a lack of knowledge? That's good enough for me.

 Re: Palin's Political Future
I have to agree with others, the thing about Palin and Africa is not that she accidently flubbed up and said "country", it's the behind the scenes game where she had to be told by her handlers that it was, in fact, a continent. It wasn't like, "Oh shit I said something stupid".
This is not "potatoe".
The fact that these stories became all too common with Palin was the worry.

 Re: Palin's Political Future
Apparently though this story (Palin and Africa) doesn't seem to be true, and is just another lie. Republicans do that to their enemies, you know.
