Well Obama talked about getting everything back to normal, cleaning up the water better than it was before, paying for the clean up and damages, and the negligence, etc....

And I heard Obama say he wanted them to fund their unemployment claims, etc etc etc.

So yeah I am just going on what all Obama and his very smart people are talking about.

And based on everything Obama as talked about, yeah 10X that other one seems about right.

In 2008 BP made $21 bil in profit.

They're losing 100+% of their profits this year. That is unbelievable.
