McCain trying to paint Obama as an elitist is probably one of the biggest hypocrisies recently in politics. The Florida Democrats put out an ad showing Cindy McCain telling CNN at one point that "the only way to get around Arizona is by private jet."

Yeah, Obama played this one beautifully (thanks to a little help from a reporter and McCain himself). That meme is now pretty much dead.

Btw, I submit that there was no right answer to the question that was asked of McCain. He either evaded the question, which he did, and then have people say that he has so many houses he can't even keep up. Or he answer truthfully and still look like the super rich and out-of-touch candidate. Or I guess he could have lied, but then people would have found out the truth anyway.
