 Re: Who Will Be President?
So, after winning Arizona, Trump now has nearly 750 total delegates and continues to remain well ahead of Cruz, even if Cruz wins Utah, which is expected. I don't know how Trump isn't the presumptive nominee, even if he doesn't clinch the nomination.
As a side note, today has only further cemented both Cruz and Trump as terrible people, and it makes me sad that either of them are even close to being a presidential nominee.
Peace, Mike

Maybe Hillary has a chance at winning Utah in the general, Mormons detest Trump

 Re: Who Will Be President?
I loved seeing that little bird fly on to Bernie's podium. That was such an nice inspiring visual. Then the next day there was this Bernie poster with a bird on it. It was a cool image. I'm glad he trounced hillary this weekend. I would love if he could sway more of those supers and of course keep winning states.

Perfect timing for something like that to happen. Great last few days for him - hope he can do well in Wisconsin.

Trump is going to lose Wisconsin for sure now, and if he doesn't get those delegates back from New York, winning on first ballot will become a very long shot.

 Re: Who Will Be President?
I just think it would make the angry voters problem worse, which has the consequences of them taking over the elections once again 2-4 years from now. But they may be too disgusted by him at this point to do otherwise, not to mention if there's a 1% chance that Trump ends up president if he's the nomination by whatever way (maybe Hillary going down in an epic scandal?) going from 1% chance to 0% chance of Trump being the president is worth it? With what he was saying about nukes and international relations this week, Trump getting this close to that power isn't funny anymore

Though it's looking less likely he'll be a candidate now, so it's irrelevant.

The South because he was a unionist, African-Americans because he was a racist, and northerners because he was a southern.

The Wis numbers look really bad for Trump. The gap is far greater than the poll suggested.

I am salivating at the increasingly likely prospect of a brokered convention. Mess.

 Re: Who Will Be President?
I'm giddy that Hillary has lost another state. I can only hope new York falls into Bernie's lap.

 Re: Who Will Be President?
It sounds like all signs are unbound delegates favorite Cruz. His campaign and ground game is so organizationally strong that they are made to have an advantage over Trump preparing to reel in delegates support, like his success in caucuses. Might be 1st ballot or bust for Trump

 Re: Who Will Be President?
No matter. Cruz can't win in November. He's farther right than Mitt was. That he can't win in Florida and New York will be the deciding point for the delegates.

 Re: Who Will Be President?
I'm not disappointed at the prospect that Trump can lose his delegates after the first ballot (not that I would mind him winning the nomination because there is no way he becomes president). However, I know the Republican establishment would be trying to change the rules if the roles were reversed.

I get to vote Cruz in a few weeks. I really fucking hate Trump and his supporters who do not realize they are being duped.
