Yeah, it's not even a prominent fixture of the in the round style podium.

Yay Obama's on.

Gosh, his speech is absolutely magnificent. I have fallen head over heels in love with the idea of him being president.

He's jumping on all of the best McCain camp gaffes, including the "nation of whiners" line. Awesome.

Fantastic stuff.

Of course, the "less than 5 million income is middle class" bit is revisited.

This guy is so inspirational. He's doing fantastic. He is giving me chills.

It's hard to imagine McCain being anywhere, anywhere near as good Obama in his speech.

Peace,
Mike

Using the stadium was brilliant. These are normal people. This is a gathering of everyday Americans, 80,000 of them, not just pointy-headed delegates and politicos. And for once, the participants aren't outnumbered by the press.

He won't. McCain is a terrible public speaker. Obama is phenomenal.

This is great stuff. WELL DONE.

I have to agree with most of this. I'm not getting chills but he is a master at handling and speaking to an audience each and every time. These upcoming debates are going to be no contest I think.

Mentioning gun ownership/abortion/gay rights is a damn brave move to make in a speech this widely viewed.
