WASHINGTON – New estimates from the White House on Friday predict the budget deficit will reach a record $1.47 trillion this year. The government is borrowing 41 cents of every dollar it spends.

The answer is to not spend money that doesn't exist. When your budget goes down you don't spend as if the budget didn't go down. They need to cut spending instead of continuing things like the 30+billion for Unemployment for example.

This year's military budget is $1.03 trillion, so if America tried playing nice with the rest of the world for a while, it would bring it down to a more manageable amount.
