China is pissed cause they fear inflation of the dollar and so heavy looses on their dollar assets.
Well they want to say it again at the G-20 summit.

It was abit of a dud though, I swear North Korea must buy their missile parts from a shady man in an overcoat.

Dude, it's Korean manufacturing. It was lucky to not have detonated or fallen apart at launch.

As a military force, of course not. But selling their technology to pay the bills, of course so.

don't really follow this but yesterday on the radio, Obama sure got ripped.

Yah, proberly by the other side.

Anyway, they were saying that he is clueless in understanding how the US has to lead to keep the world safe, things he isn't doing, laughing about his swag and finger-pointing.

Just reminds me of alot of talk about Carter being soft, pre-Reagan.

Sure hope things stay pretty safe for everyone in the future.

http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid= ... 1Es8iobiuc

Quote:
April 7 (Bloomberg) -- A Chinese company and one of its employees were charged with misusing U.S. banks and aiding Iran’s acquisition of missile and nuclear technology, Manhattan District Attorney Robert Morgenthau said.

Morgenthau filed a 118-count indictment today against LIMMT Economic and Trade Co., and Li Fang Wei, a manager at the Dalian, China-based company. LIMMT is a major supplier of banned weapons to the Iranian military, Morgenthau said.

Between November 2006 and September 2008, LIMMT sent and received dozens of illegal payments through U.S. banks by using aliases and shell companies, according to a statement from Morgenthau’s office. He said that because LIMMT was prohibited from dealing with U.S. banks, transfers in its name would be banned.

By using aliases, LIMMT fooled U.S. banks into processing dozens of illegal transactions, Morgenthau said. “Our banks have high standards and sophisticated systems to stop these transactions, but this conduct was specifically designed to defeat their systems,” he said.

so what are their systems suppose to stop, if it doesn't catch illegal activity, honest people's transactions.

Post Seems Obama And Bush Want The Same Thing
I found this Op-Ed to be pretty interesting

http://www.nypost.com/seven/04072009/po ... 163245.htm

Quote:
As soon as the UN Security Council passes another ineffectual resolution regretting the defiance of its last ineffectual resolution, the North knows it can eventually find the Obama administration back at a negotiating table for the charade's next act.

The meme in the press was how the test launch made Obama's disarmament speech all the more "urgent." It really makes it all the more childish and dangerous. In setting the goal of "Global Zero" (the program of universal disarmament that sounds a little like a new international Coke product), Obama hitched himself to a project as utopian as President George W. Bush's ambition to end tyranny in the world.

In fact, they're essentially the same goal. The bipartisan congressional Strategic Posture Review concluded in an interim report that to achieve Global Zero would require a "fundamental transformation of the world political order." All significant geopolitical conflicts would have to end, and all untrustworthy governments disappear. The verification regime would have to be so all-encompassing as to constitute a kind of world government.

The administration thinks Global Zero serves a hardheaded purpose against rogue states. The theory is that our arsenal makes us nuclear hypocrites. Only by pursuing its elimination do we gain the moral standing to pressure others to give up their nuclear ambitions.

This misreads the calculations that drive states to seek nuclear programs, and of human nature. If we had zero weapons, there would be even more of a premium on other states acquiring nukes.

The same weakness undercuts all the lesser arms-control schemes Obama touted in his Prague speech, from the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty to an international nuclear fuel bank: It's easier to get responsible states to comply than the truly dangerous ones -- or they wouldn't be dangerous.

US: North Korea asks US nuclear experts to leave

Foster Klug, Associated Press Writer – 27 mins ago

WASHINGTON – The United States said Wednesday that American experts working at North Korea's main nuclear plant have been asked to leave the country, further heightening tension following the North's launch of a rocket earlier this month over U.S. ally Japan.

State Department spokesman Robert Wood told reporters that the U.S. officials monitoring the North's disablement of its Yongbyon nuclear plant are now making preparations to leave.
