1. Having all the major networks call the race over at 8pm EST Obama is the President elect!
2. 360+ electoral votes and a pick up of at least 20 seats in the house and 10 in the senate.
3. 75%+ voter turnout
4. John McCain's concession speech
5. Barack Obama's victory speech (I hope he comes out and does the fist bump, bankhead bounce, Crank that.., and the brush your shoulder off with Michelle)
6. Conservative talk radio host's the next day when they see how bad they lost (Rush and Hannity should be very good)
7. Watching Keith Olberman say Owned Bitches!!

By that I mean that the GOP keeps the Democrats below a filibuster proof majority.

Back in August he was 100% sure McCain was going to win because Obama is "unelectable."

Saxby Chambliss getting knocked out has quickly been rising up my list, now that it seems possible.

Couldn't have said it better. I want to see big changes coming out of state and local elections too. I don't really care if Obama's win is not a blow-out just as long as he wins and a lot of local politics shift. I do not want the decent, moderate Reps. to lose their seats, just the annoying ones, and I want Dole out of there. She irks me, and I think that she is up for re-election this year, no? I want dramatically increased voter turnout, too. Hoping for at least 65%, but would be psyched to even see 60%.

I'd trade all of Georgia to McCain to get Chambliss out of there. He's a scumbag.

Hey Raffiki,
Get your friends to try to record these calls. Our State Constitution protects the Right to access information in regards to the people's business. Normally this rule is applied to public access to the business of legislators, etc., though in this case malfeasance and deceit are issues. Even though there is a two party call law in California that requires under penalty of law that both parties/all parties are to be informed that the call is being recorded, there is an exemption for calls which can be assumed not to be of a "Confidential Communication" which may be reasonably assumed to be of a public nature. There is also judicial discretion in exempting evidence against malfeasant lawyers if the dismissal of the evidence would constitute an injustice. And of course if the call is recorded for training purposes by them, then no problem. Listen for a message or a "beep" at the start of the call to confirm the call is being recorded.

I'm not sure, but doesn't the phone company offer tracking of the caller's number (of course there is Caller ID: use it if available and write down the number) or if you act immediately after hanging up? I know after hanging up, if you then dial *69 (STAR key + 69) you can dial the caller back unless their number is restricted. Of course Caller ID can be disabled by restriction. At least try to find out if these slimeballs are calling from out of state.

How about...file a subpoena for the phone company records of calls received?

WV showing it's true colors again.

Didn't list Obama winning because it was obvious, and I lost most of my excitement after the primaries.

As for the rest.... blah.

Nice to see Kay Hagen win.

Sucks ass Capito won, she's going to be an easy shoe in for the Senate in 2012 since Byrd will either retire by then or... well, die. What an awful exchange. God help the senate.

Hopefully a recount puts Franken over Coleman, but Im not holding my breathe. Another blow yesterday.

And then every Prop passing yesterday, :disgust:

It was very hit and miss for me yesteday.
