The exchange above did not sit right with me. As context, Mau has been warned several times for attacking me directly. The characterization of me as a 'jew' in the above statement is not intended to be factual - but to be hateful. He could have gone further, of course, and he probably wanted to (eg, adding 'schemy' to precede 'jew'). But I infer from his next comment that he restrained because he thought about what's 'appropriate' and 'inappropriate', as he acknowledges he's trying to skirt a perma-ban. If that's appropriate, what has come from these last rounds of discipline? In essence, mau can make colorful - and anti-semetic - comments...provided they aren't as colorful and anti-semetic as they were in '10 or '11. For the record, this doesn't offend me... but, what kind of conversations are we having exactly with our 'disciplined' members? |

Four. As I understand it, your first permaban is with possibility of 'internet parole'. I think that's where Korrgan is - and I think she hasn't expressed interest in 'internet parole'. So, the 'FREE Korrgan' movement is bogus. She can be freed by reaching out to Eagle. ...Not that I really miss squinting my eyes to read posts about vaginas and Kevin Federline. Or having some rando scribble over my photos and circle my nose Perez style. So, ya, I find the 'FREE Korrgan' movement a little disheartening. |
