Okay I figured the server was down for the past couple of hours, cause I could go to other sites but not this one. Yet people still posted on here.
(I got the error: url could not be retrieved page)

I'm actually still getting this error if I try and access the site using http://www.worldofkj.com

The only way I was here tonight was through the IP address thingy.

Makeshift, were you able to get here yesterday using http://www.worldofkj.com


Also what is your location?


They have been trying to install a new mail server and because of that have been altering the DNS ... essentially mirroring the site ... it should still work ... but maybe you are encountering difficulty.

I hope it was OK for most, the mail server is giving them problems.

Yes, I was. I was also able to get here using the regular addy for most of today. It just stopped working at around 4:00 PM PST.

I'm in Medford, OR.

Yeh i think this has something to do with them changing the DNS, it must have effected you in some way.

I realize there's probably not much you guys can do about it, but I just thought i'd let you know that I still can't access the site from the regular addy.

I did a search on google.

they can't seem to find us right now either : ) ... : (

I'll give it another week before everything is ok .. i guess.

when you change servers it always messes with google and yahoo and any search engine. that will take almost a month to get back.

As for why makeshift can't access regurarly ... it must still be propagating ... though I am a bit confused by how long it is taking you.

I only managed to get in by taking out the www.

worldofkj.com/forum works. http://www.worldofkj.com/forum does not work for some reason
