Those Vertical Scrollbars in Every Post Have To Go
It really makes reading posts much more of a chore than it should be. Sometimes, there aren't even scrollbars, and you have to use your mouse to scroll. It's just annoying to have to do. Can't we get rid of those and go back to how it was before, and how all other phpBB boards are? It is a lot simpler for the posters that way.
Anybody else agree?

Are you serious that you don't see them? Any post that isn't quoted and is more than a few lines has a vertical scrolling bar. Only the quote doesn't require scrolling to read it, but the reply to the quote still does. Not the scrolling bar on the page itself, but in EVERY post type that I mentioned.

Yeah, sometimes I do see scrollbar within certain posts, if they are long enough and have people quoting back and forth.

he's talking about the scrollbars that appear when posts are quoted a bunch of times. you have to scroll down to read the entire post instead of it just stretching downward

I think this forum is best viewed while using Internet Explorer. I use Netscape, because I hate IE. It's too big and bulky looking. Oh well...

Mav .. if you don't like IE, i would suggest moving to Mozilla. Netscape is pretty much dead and barely anyone optimizes their sites for netscape anymore ...

I get them too, and I have no idea what triigers them. I thought it was length, but I've seen some really long posts (with and without quotes), and some have the scroll bars, and some don't. I think it's just a glitch in the forum. Lemme go track down a post with the scroll bar.

I found one.

Look at Snrub's post. To the right you will see a very small vertical scrollbar. If you don't see one, than it is very much a glitch.

I've seen them when I'm using Netscape. I've never seen them when using IE.

Perhaps it relates to my resolution. I use 1280X1024.
EDIT: I went into 600X800, or whatever the hell it is, and the scrollbar seemes to have disappeared. Also, my post here seemes to have a horizontal scrollbar.
::shrugs::

I use Mozilla Firefox.
And on another note, after I changed back to the bigger resolution, the veritcal scrollbar on Snrub's post disappeared.

i use the same resolution actually.
i also don't see the blue arrow, and "that is not right" words written when i click the link. It gets even more bizarre by the minute.

The writing that says "That is not right" is actually kind of creepy. It looks like some horror movie thing where the child writes it with blood on the mirror. Is anybody else a little frightened right now?
And this clearly is a browser issue. Anybody with IE doesn't have the problem. So, everybody just needs to bow down to Microsoft and use IE.
