An avatar is enough pictorial self expression, plus its a limited and reasonable size. if you want more self expressio, make a website and paste in a damn link.

Anyone who doesn't like them now has the option of turning off signatures via the UCP, so if it bothers them that much, they can deal with it themselves.
I can limit the size via the admin section as well. That is enough.

But then there's also the size of it. getluv's picture signature is a decent size. Having a big gigantic poster in your signature like Mike or someone used to have is ridiculous.

Re: Pictures in Signatures Why not enforce a certain size? Most forums I go to have a maximum size they allow for sig pics, any larger and it's removed from their sig.
I think 500(width)x300(height) is big enough.

KJ really seems so backwards. Every single other forum I've ever been to had no problem with sig pics, but KJ just seems like it has to be different.

Most of the places I'm on give 100 or 150 as the maximum height (200 sometimes). I don't mind sigs, but I prefer the longer, banner type images (like the one I have) to large poster-type images. Joy

i think that is why we should ban Corpse, DIB and Jiffy. They embarrass us. Also Korrgan should be disallowed from entering the Game forum. She's a woman, she shouldn't be playing a xbox 360.
