We are just having a heavy day of traffic on the main site and it is effecting the forums speed.
I am looking into ways to keep this from happening in the future, sorry for any inconvience.

Yeah, it's been really slow. It sucks having to load all the pages. I'm sure it will be fixed soon, though.

It isn't a 'fix' so to speak. There are just far to many people browsing the site and watching the video's we have. It is slowing down the server as everyone downloads the videos.
It will go away when the people go away.
As I said, I am looking for ways to keep this from happening, at least on the same scale, in the future.

mike .. nothing is broken. we're just expecting massive traffic. just weren't ready for it. looking into options for keeping this slowdown from happening in teh future.

Oh, yeah, I knew that, I just thought you would have to fix it in some way, like creating more bandwidth or whatever it is you do, in order to prevent this from happening again. Or else, the forum is going to slow down so much every single time you guys have something on the main site to showcase which generates traffic (which is awesome!).

I blame Eagle, Baba and Loyal for doing such a good job advertising the site. If they'd left well enough alone, we wouldn't be in this mess. But no, they had to think BIG. And who suffers? Me.

It will slowly get faster as the traffic dies down. We are still recieving higher than normal volume, so the server is still running slower than normal.
