Goldie, could you please not post in the third person? As well as the capslock in half of your posts...A fully Caps-locked post doesn't have any purpose. Making a sentence fully Caps does not make you come off as angry. Most people consider it annoying and painful to look at, myself included. I'd appreciate it.
Anyway, back on topic (which most of us seem to have forgotten)...
At several forum across the internet, there is a feature for the mods similar to a warning system. A user has 100 'points'. Every time a rule is broken or a mod/admin must step in, a certain amount of points are taken away (or added, if you start from 0). Each time points are taken away, a message accompanies, explaining why. Over time the points would add back on automatically. The points/warning were only viewable to other mods/admins and the member about which they conerned.
That's probably far too much hassle to implement here, especially since I have only ever found it on Invision and not phpBB.
I also say that I don't have many problems with the mods here at all. I always see the proper post edited/deleted, the proper threads locked, the proper warnings issued. I do have a that has been addressed: warnings are squat. The admins might keep saying they do, but they don't. I hate to bring this up (because I'd like to avoid inticing him) but I've seen more warnings issued at Goldie than I think there should have been. I'm no mod here at KJ, but I know that if I were, I wouldn't bother warning anybody. Because with such a public conflict like Goldie, the warnings don't appear to be anything except a quick fix to shut a person up.
NF7 uses user reputation as well as modpoints behind the scenes; maybe thats a good idea to implement here?

Maverikk, leave 3rd parties out of YOUR posts, as well please. I do not think Michael is some dumb punk kid, contrary to your claim that everyone thinks that. Don't speak for me in the future. Thanks.

I disagree; infact i think the way Mr.X carries himself on these forums makes him one of the alround most respected people here; hes never offensive & hes always nice so i think your dig is a smidgen baseless Maverikk.

And you hold a grudge, too? Wow. Unlike some, I don't like speaking for people, but I am certain some people have learned that the past is gone. I'm glad to learn what you truly think of me. Very appreciated, Mav.

Was I talking to you, idiot? I can see the hypocrite and immaturity in you at work here. Why don't you just leave, and stop annoying the grownups so much.

I don't hold a grudge, but I also won't be forgetting how you handled trust, honor, and responsibility, so you might want to remember that when you decide to start telling others how to conduct themselves.

What exactly does my trust, honor and responsibility have to do with you speaking for me, Maverikk?

I didn't speak for you. If you can show me where I specifically mentioned anything about you, then please do, but please don't drag up an argument that was dead, so you can use a "figure of speech" as your grounds to start it back up, because that was not a very good decision to do on your part. What made you decide to do that?

No old threads, no past arguments, not even a day ago. This was page five of the thread you're currently in, Maverikk. Figure of speech or not, words like "most" or "some" come in handy, but not definite answers like "anybody" or "everybody".

Again, I don't think I'll be taking any advice from you on how to better present myself, and since I'm not a fool, I won't be buying such a thin excuse for deciding to bring up an argument that was over. It wasn't the best judgement to chime in over such a petty little nitpick in a situation that was better left dead and buried on page 5. Use better judgement in the future, and if you really have an issue, please PM me about it.

Wow Mav, for someone apparently drowning in maturity and intelligence, you really make bad judgments yourself. You're not going to take advice from me? On an issue you never experienced, because I believe you were banned at the time (big OOPS if I'm wrong) from BOM? I will never, EVER argue that mostly everyone here doesn't trust, like or respect me, because heck, that may be true. But if I tell you not to jump off a bridge into shallow water, I think you should take it. Or at least think about what you say next time, since I doubt we'll ever be together on a bridge.

Mr. X , I'm not going to argue, and I'm sorry if my initial comments were harsh, because no matter if I think you were wrong to drag up an argument that was best left dead or not, you didn't deserve that comment, so my sincere apologies for making it.

That's probably far too much hassle to implement here, especially since I have only ever found it on Invision and not phpBB.

Sommie - Luckily Eagle commented that others are to blame besides Goldie - trouble is that the eye has always been Goldie and hopefully Baba based on the PM's sent to him.
Also didn't you see Baba request that this form is for comments on the MODS ONLY.
AND on GOLDIE - GOD you really have to read deep into my threads if that bothers you. IGNORE.
Have lots to say but as said above I am going to follow the rules and deal with the ADM through the PM.

Mr. X, everyone makes mistakes, you offered your apoligies and handled the whole situation very well. Those who have accepted your apoligies (myself included, though it did not hit me as hard as some as I had much less invested in the BOM forum and more particuarly the threads involved) have put it in the past.
Live and learn, no need to keep apoligizing for it. If others won't accept your apoligy then there is simply nothing you can do. I think we all believe you to be sincere, so what I am saying is, don't sweat it, your a great poster.
Goldie, your right I did say that you are not the only one to blame. I firmly believe that it takes 2 or in this case multiple people, to escalate a problem to its current level. That however does not mean you wern't involved and/or didn't the integral role. Thanks for biting your toung though, its appreciated.

goldie. a word of advice since you brought it up yourself.
since i wrote in that other thread what i want everyone to do, you state you've followed it. So lets stick to that for a moment. You see people attacking you, PM me links just like the others are doing too now (my box will be full soon). Avoid the fight inside. Eagle and i will have our talk on tuesday.

And, GOLDIE would like to point out that the above GOLDIE response was only made based on a new user coming in with some GOLDIE bashing which Goldie decided that GOLDIE needed to come in and defend GOLDIE's position on the inappropiate GOLDIE bashing.

I remember that sad day.
Mr X was full of rage and hate! I plead with him: "Don't do it Mr.X, don't do it!!! I beg you", but nothing helped. Also he posted something about kicking puppies. Awful!!
Luckily I found a telephone number of Brandon Gray and called him: "Dood! Where are those friday numbers?! Where????!! And some guy is wrecking the forums."
