I went out on a limb and said Beast, the Idris Elba movie.

Stuffp took my sleeper in NOPE, so I guess I'll take a chance with Uncharted being Tom Holland's National Treasure/Indiana Jones

Edit - I have been visited by the ghost of the video game movie curse after that Sonic/Uncharted combo... hairs are creeping up my arm

You have all the slow people.

I work from home so I actually can moderate this better while I'm at work than at night when I'm usually out.

Pretty sure that’s been moved to 2023 release

Oh no!
Crap. Well I'll have to think about what to do about this. No one in group 1 picked it yet. <Maybe I'll be the only one hurt.

Removed Indiana Jones 5 and the second instance of Distant from the pool and added The King's Daughter and Where the Crawdads Sing.

What do people think I should do about Indy? It had already moved to 2023 before the draft started, so do I still get a penalty to replace it?

It's your rule, dude. ;) If you want to keep the rule, then the $50m penalty for Indy 5 stays. Personally, I think it's a silly rule, so I'm happy for you to repeal it, but then it should be removed altogether.

Yes unfortunately you should receive penalty. I remember when last few drafts I had to take this because that slimy Fox was a sellout.

I think it would be fair if Zwackerm will get the last film left over in the draft as his 2nd round replacement for Indy without penalty.

I think letting you change without the penalty was fine, it was an ineligible pick

Hmm this could also work but that means zwackerm is loosing his second round pick.

Not my group, but I'd say that essentially trading a second round pick for a sixth rounder is penalty enough.

Damn, that's a great pick.

Still probably better as a sixth or later round pick, but it sounds a lot more commercial than the Beast I found in my initial pool research. Embarrassingly, I thought it was just one to make up the numbers...

Unfortunate mistake. I'd be fine with the least severe penalty, whatever it is you choose to do.
