Indeed and doesn't look like its going to get better anytime soon. The theaters in SG might open around August so hopefully this will grow.

I had movie tickets for The Quiet Place 2, only if corona had waited for a day or two :disgust:

BTW the theaters here closed only around mid-April (though last 3 weeks had no new releases). I watch a lot of movies in general around 200+ in theaters over an year.

Seriously, nothing beats watching movies in theaters. I've seen Mad Max 1-3 countless times over the years but I don't think I ever enjoyed them as much as this time.

I had completely forgotten the big screen experience and I really missed it. I think the grade of Peninsula is a bit higher because of the theatrical experience here. It was nostalgic to see a video from my theater welcoming us back to big screen :wub2:

Yes they've opened theaters here. Even though it has been removed from the schedule last week I'm still hoping that Tenet will be released here now that the theaters are open.

EDIT :Looks like Tenet has been quietly put back on the schedule for 13-August after being removed last week. Mulan has been removed from the schedule and New Mutants has been put in its place for 27-Aug.
