I don't understand why it never got a theatrical release in the US. Probably would have done decently. I don't recall how many release dates it had and then kept getting pushed back.

It looks like a million other supernatural horror flicks. But it is odd how it never got a theatrical release. It has Frank Grillo and Maria Bello, so it could have made some money for sure - I mean, people keep paying to see the same regurgitated horror films year on year, and this is no different. And James Wan's name is there as well, so they could still release it theatrically!

It was released in theaters here last year but I never got a chance to see it.

Sure, but it is still surprising. You go to the cinema 3-5 times a week? and so I am surprised you don't catch ALL movies.

I remember specifically mentioning that I mostly go to a Cinema nearby office. Not all movies are released there. Anyways I have recently switched job so I am unable to go movies as frequently.
