Are there less movies being released this year, or is it just my perception? In previous years, I remember having to make some hard choices of which of the movies released each week I would watch in first run at the theatre. I'm not just talking about big mainstream releases, but the smaller ones, indies, and theatrical docs too. Now, I'm having trouble finding movies to fill the 2 or 3 movie days I have each week. |

Perhaps, but I still feel there are fewer actual movies to choose from. I remember a decade ago, if I had time after I'd already seen my top 3 picks for the week, still being able to debate with myself over 2 or 3 lesser picks. |
