Post subject:  How many movies have you seen in cinemas in 2016?
I missed my goal of 50 by two this past year. I'd like to wind up around 60 this year.

Average - 68.6 (Down 1.8)

I could be wrong, but I think they are showing it in cinemas in order to make money. ;)

Once I went past 225 in 2013, I stopped counting (until now)... But I probably averaged 220-240 over the past four years.

The highest I ever got before I started visiting press screenings was 170 in a year.

Do you go several days a week or do you see like a few on certain days?

I remember Ebert once saying he saw like 3 films on certain days, i think like 3 on Monday and 3 on wednesdays.

I remember watching 3 films in theatres in 1 day in 2005 and being very tired afterwards , i didnt ever do something like that again.
I have friends that have seen like 6 films in 1 day at film festivals and thinking they were nuts, lol!

I had three press screenings today.

But in the summer, during the Fantasy Film Festival, I sometimes see up to six on one day. Two years ago I saw 16 movies in three days in theatres.
