This is actually a great little story. Little did he know that he'd go on to direct the feature film!

Well, he just went into TV, which ruined his career. I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and Judge Dredd were his highlights. He actually won Best Director for Judge Dredd at the Universe Reader's Choice Awards.

Pretty cool modern poster for Judge Dredd. I would have loved it if this was the poster back in 1995.
