Norbit. I don't 'love' it, I just like it.

Strange Wildnerness has a 0% on rottentomatoes, and never achieved the cult status of Grandma's Boy. So I'll go with that. A more recent example is Dumb and Dumber To.

Depends on the degree of hatred I guess, but I really love the following:

The Lone Ranger
Mission Impossible 2
Hollow Man
Pearl Harbor
Crash

Vanilla Sky comes to mind. Upon release, it received a just-shy-of-dire score of 45 on Metacritic and a CinemaScore of D- (!), but I absolutely love it. Fascinating, hypnotic, suspenseful, deeply romantic, a bit perverse, and an improbable improvement on an already superb film, Open Your Eyes (Abre los ojos).

Another is Oliver Stone's Alexander. I believe it to be one of cinema's great historical epics, providing a riveting overview of Alexander as a lover, as a politician, as a soldier, and as a son. It does have moments of camp, but they only increase its charm, in my opinion. Alexander Revisited: The Final Cut is the best version.

Others:

Domino
Heaven's Gate
The Lone Ranger
The Order (the Heath Ledger film)
The Village

I love Domino too.

Using this as a guide, mine are:

Showgirls
Striptease
Batman & Robin
Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever
Catwoman

And using this as a guide, I would also choose:

Staying Alive
Killing Me Softly

I wouldn't say I "love" these films, but I do like them very much. Off the top of my head, I suppose Judge Dredd, D-Tox, and Stop! or My Mom Will Shoot are universally hated films that I do love.

More popular blockbuster films that are disliked (not hated) that I love would be:

Terminator Salvation
The Matrix Revolutions
The Village
Pearl Harbor

Can't think of many more although I am sure there are tons.

Two different flicks from those mentioned (I would agree on Domino, Crash, and for its so-bad-it's-good-and-even-still-it-isn't-that-bad Catwoman) are The Happening and The Love Guru.

Love Guru I hated on first viewing, but second go, it actually made me laugh a bit. It's by far Mike Myers at his post-Powers worst: instead of upping his game, he merely skates along with a character that seems less like a creation worthy of his own film and more like a scrapped side character meant for Austin Powers. But all that aside, it's not as awful as it was made out to be in 2008.

I refuse to apologize for The Happening. Wahlberg can trash it all he wants, but maybe he should stop trashing past career choices and start trashing current fare like Transformers 4. Bonus points for introducing me to Zooey Deschanel.

I also found The Love Guru fun. Absurd, of course, and light as a feather, but very amusing.

No, it's not, but Lecter and Thegun love to suck each other's scrote.

If that's universally hated, then add it to my list. But I don't think it is hated at all. After all, you have to be remembered to be hated. ;)

The Fountain? I know there's some love for this movie, but most seem to think it's a mess. I adore it. Same with I Heart Huckabees.

M. Night Shyamalan: Lady in the Water (one of my favorites). The Last Airbender (enjoyed this one a lot).

Seeing That's My Boy on that Wikipedia page.... really, people hate this movie? I thought it was hilarious

Vanilla Sky is an excellent movie, and The Lone Ranger was really enjoyable fluff.

That shouldn't even be in the damn thread. It's not hated at all.

Speed Racer. Yeah, it's too long and the kid is annoying as hell, but it's also massively enjoyable. Blasphemous as this statement might be on the internet, I actually prefer it over Cloud Atlas by a wide margin on the Wachowskis' filmography.

Hmmm, I'm not going to include trashy cinema (Jason Takes Manhattan, Late Police Academy sequels) as I like them for how bad they are: Films I generally like though:

The Postman (I like it more than Waterworld, which gets a bad rap too)
The Sixth Day
Wild Hogs (In the non mainstream world at least)
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace
3000 Miles to Graceland, Soldier, Escape from LA
SW Prequels, Crystal Skull
Star Trek Nemesis (did not kill the series at all quality wise (probably 4th or 5th out of 10)

They're not universally hated, but I also love 3000 Miles to Graceland and Soldier. They're more just ignored or 'not seen'.
