Most are over the hill (Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Halle Berry), too ugly (Sandra Bullock, Keira Knightley, Renée Zellweger) look like little boys or dykes (Emma Watson, Ellen Page, Kristen Stewart), or are simply plain-looking Hollywood starlets (Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman, Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow). Actresses do themselves no favours when they are plastered with too much makeup and covered in plastic surgery scars.
A few that I am physically attracted to are Salma Hayek, Sofia Vergara, Emma Stone, Lucy Liu, Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, Kate Beckinsale, Penelope Cruz, and Kerry Washington, and every once in a while I see another one that is tasty, but it's usually an unknown. Bella Thorne will be a hottie when she grows a chest.
There is a second tier of beauties, usually British, like Rosamund Pike, Emily Blunt and Rebecca Hall. They're not always hot, but more often than not.

Ann Margaret
Actually, I still think Halle Berry is nice, but I suppose I haven't seen a modern photo of her.
