 Dream Scenario  Quote: Dream Scenario is a 2023 American black comedy fantasy film written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli. It is produced by Ari Aster and Lars Knudsen under their Square Peg banner, alongside Nicolas Cage, Jacob Jaffke and Tyler Campellone. The film stars Cage, Julianne Nicholson, Michael Cera, Tim Meadows, Dylan Gelula and Dylan Baker.

Re: Dream Scenario damn, this was excellent. The tone subtly shifts as the movie unfolds, from silly to seriously unnerving, scary, sad, even sweet. Balances being satirical but also genuine. I did not expect the layers of meaning / meta-commentary about culture, which elevated the movie from a creepy-whimsical lark to something that hits somewhere important. finally fills out a satisfying top 10 of 2023 for me. A

Re: Dream Scenario oooh yes I saw this early in the year and loved it. Such a beautiful mish mash of drama, horror and subtle humour. One of my faves of 2023.
