I like Megan Suri and thought she was pretty good here. I also liked that it's a horror movie centered around Indian characters. But this isn't particularly scary, outside of a fairly suspenseful sequence with the teacher, and it's unfortunately pretty generic. I still found it decent, even if it's basically The Boogeyman from earlier this year. I did find it better than that though.
