The action scenes are cute and exciting. That's what Gunpowder Milkshake was going for, so I guess you can call it a success. It just has such a .. been there/done that feeling to it that I was bored for a lot of the movie. While I really like Karen Gilan, I think this role needed a bit more starpower. She even talked like Brie Larson at certain points, so why not just pony up the dough for the Cap? We know Netflix has it around lol.

Yeah this was decent but I agree it felt very unoriginal. I liked it enough to watch the eventual sequel though. I just hope I remember what happened in this one by the time that comes out. I don't see this one being super memorable.
