Magnus will be upset how cavalierly Lex sacrifices his smoke-show assistant.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Unfairly or not, Eisenberg's performance is gonna be one of the key points detractors bring up. It's so over the top, so radically different than everything else in this movie, that it almost automatically fills that role of "easy talking point to emphasis why I hated this thing."
I wonder if they'll feel the need to bring him back in JL, and whether or not his character will be significantly retooled. His nameless (in this film) father could be used and operate more closely to a classic Lex Luthor.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Isn't the father dead? Hence Lex Jr. running the company?

Not explicitly stated I don't think, but implied by Lex stating his father's room/study has been left unchanged.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Atleast from what I read from the reviews here at KJ most people liked Eisenberg's take as the villain. The problem lies with his use and trying to make him the key culprit of the titular fight.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Two questions:
1. Does anyone recognize those futuristic wasp soldiers in Batman's desert vision/dream? Do they correspond to any known entity in the DC canon?
2. Is it known who the villain is in the Wonder Woman movie?

I believe they would belong to Darkseid.
I would assume it's... mankind? Don't know. But she mentions she stepped away from being a hero at that time because of people.

I was prepared for them to tease the death of Superman.
I was not prepared for them to tease it twice.

I'm guessing there's a deleted scene or something but why did the stewardess know Diana's last name? Lol

Is a newspaper such as "The Daily Planet" even relevant in our modern world?

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
The WW theme was awesome. That and Batfleck going to town in the warehouse were the only truly rousing scenes of the movie .

Most say it's the Wonder Woman theme and I believe that too (Is SHE with you?, it's pretty obvious), but during my second viewing of this incredible film, I noticed that the same theme is used when Bruce and Diana discover the files of the Justice League members, the music score could also belong to the whole team???

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
Did I miss something? Why is this movie so hated? I thoroughly enjoyed this. There are some big problems for sure (the editing was awful, certain scene inclusions were very questionable and sometimes laughable and it is to long.) but I had a great time. Ben Affleck crushed it as Batman. I loved his portrayal.
This doesn't deserve such a bad critic score
More thoughts comin
