 Re: Love Hurts
A complete misfire! In trying to be action romantic comedy it does not do justice to any of the sub genre. Also if you have watched the trailer you don't need to see the movie. The action choreography is good but most of the action is already in trailers, romance is completely absent, Ke Huy tries to be funny but his dialogs are cringe, there is not even a single chuckle in the movie other than what was shown in trailers.

 Re: Love Hurts
Yeah this was bad lol
Sad cause some of the fighting scenes are well done. The story/script just sucks. Hopefully Ke Huy Quan gets better movies cause he was fine here.

 Re: Love Hurts
Here we have a movie that is not very good, completely earning its piss poor reviews and yet ...I dunno, there's a little bit of charm to it. It feels like a real movie and not just some streaming trash, even if that is how most people will experience it. I think Ariana Debose is badly miscast here as a love interest to Key Hu Quan. They are 20 years apart in age, but they look 30. There's no chemistry between them, and Key is fine as the lead so that narrows it down to one culprit to blame. Marshawn Lynch and the henchmen are the best part. Though even the good parts can't overcome how cheesy and poorly scripted the film is.
