Not surprisingly it's a bad film, mainly it looks bad, I would say don't use effects in you can't afford them, but apparently they're fine using poor ones. But it's just indicative of the film as a whole and the story is bland too. However the main cast in Eastwood, Stallone, Fitzgerald and Colter is actually alright, they make the film somewhat bearable at times, though mostly it's still a drag. Stallone feels out of place considering his once impressive stature in film, but his role is minimal too. And that's what the film basically is, a minimal experience, which sole purpose for existing is that they got something of a budget for the casting. There isn't anything to recommend this film on, just it isn't among the very worst I've seen.
