I thought the movie was pretty meh but people were clapping after (I didn't hear any clapping for the much better F1.) So they are still doing something right. |

Ended up being $30.5m. Seems solid. B cinemascore and low RT audience score though. |

While its nice for the BO that thus has opened well - its not great that they'll keep churning out mediocre films until they run the franchise into the ground. |

Surprised at F1s drop. It's a perfect summer blockbuster movie and it kept the imax screens. It's performing like a franchise film. Do people think they need to like F1 in real life to enjoy the movie? |
