 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Terrifier 3 will easily do the best of the openers next weekend.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Terrifier #1 on Friday for sure, but can it win the whole weekend? Could see The Wild Robot retaking #1 depending on how Piece by Piece performs.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Piece by Piece will not do very well. The Wild Robot is definitely a threat for #1.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Like clockwork, a thread about the next weekend while the prior one has barely began. LOL

Not sure on what basis Terrifier would do better than Smile

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Apparently, Joker might not reach 40 Million this weekend. If that's the case, it's definitely Terrifier or The Wild Robot at #1 next weekend.

Terrifier with 2.6 mil Thursday (Saw X for comparison did 2.0 and finished with 18.3)

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
It's a great start. I'm hoping it's not insanely front-loaded, but even if it were it would still have a great opening. Monday being a holiday should help some.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Imagine the betting odds of Terrifier opening to over half of Joker 2 lol

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
According to Deadline, we're looking at Terrifier 3 with a 7.7 Million Friday and a weekend of 15+.
The Wild Robot with a 3.6 Million Friday and a 13.1 Million weekend.
Joker with a 2.8 Million Friday and 8-9 Million second weekend.
Saturday Night with 1.55/4, Piece by Piece with 1.25/3, and The Apprentice with $500,000/1.3-1.5 Million.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
$53-54M total by Sunday for Joker? Probably can't get another $22M to reach $76M for a 2X multiplier. Going to lose a lot of theaters soon so seems like the best this can do now is reach $70M total.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Yay go Terrifier! I wonder how long they can go for. The Saw sequels stayed pretty steady for a few years and T3 was a better movie than any of those except for maybe part two.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Terrifier is still relatively unknown, it has lots of room to grow I feel. Saw II adjusts to $53M OW. Don't know if it could get anywhere near that but I feel like Terrifier 4 with a bigger budget and promotional push could skirt $30M.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Yeah I agree that Terrifier keeps getting bigger in future installments.
Joker -89% from last Friday not great Bob! Below Furiosa's 67m in the end?

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
So T3’s total could end up within 20-30m of Joker 2 which is beyond insane.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Piece by Piece bombed. Bad for it, good for Wild Robot.
Saturday Night way under many predictions in the game, but probably shouldn't be. Current SNL is made for people who wouldn't care about the early days. IP is in a weird place culturally.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
The tone of Saturday Night in the marketing was completely different than SNL and nobody cares about 30 year old Lorne so I'm not surprised it didn't hit.

Saturday Night was never going to be a hit. I'm surprised they spent 30 Million on it.

 Re: October 11-13 predictions
Joker did it! After over 15 years, Friday the 13ths record of biggest drop for a #1 opener has finally been topped. That movie had friday the 13th and valentines day in its opening weekend, and they hadn't started with the Thursday shows being counted into friday yet. Truly an impressive feat for Folie A Deux to defeat that long standing record.
