Flower Moon scores

rftapeout 1.4
Rev 1.7
stuffp 2.8
Jonathan 3.7
Flava 6.7
Algren 11.3
Magic Mike 11.7
O 14.7
Shack 16.7
Keyser Soze 18.7
publicenemy#1 21.7
MadGez 23.7

Total

Rev 58.4
Shack 86
Jonathan 98.7
stuffp 112
Algren 130.1
publicenemy#1 133.4
MadGez 144.4
Flava 145.2
rftapeout 188.9
Magic Mike 194.6
O 204.3
Keyser Soze 213

Rev will win this month in dominant fashion, and if Freddy goes high Jonathan will sneak by me for 2nd. Algren went low on Freddy and will likely have a final disparity from Rev around 80.7 million, so even if he had made a normal low prediction for Eras instead of 10 million, he would’ve had to make a nearly perfect prediction to make up that gap.

Five Nights at Freddy's really could have broken out. No idea why Universal is doing day-and-date with Peacock. I've heard a few different friend's kids talking about being excited for it. My friend and I saw The Blackening with their 10-year-old and they lost their shit when the trailer came on. I'm sure kids would have been begging their parents to take them to this. But since they can just watch it on Peacock they'll likely do that and save the money.

I'm glad The Exorcist moved today. Because if I thought it was still opening against Taylor Swift I would have lowered my prediction a massive amount. Everything opening that weekend, including limited releases, should move.

This didn't date well IN A GOOD WAY. Universal could have botched this considering they did day and date but somehow managed a mega breakout. Almost certainly would have done $85M+ with theatrical only.

Freddy’s scores - nobody was even close

Keyser Soze 40
Jonathan 47
MadGez 50
Magic Mike 52
Rev 55
publicenemy#1 56
Flava 59
O 59
Shack 60
Algren 64
rftapeout 64
stuffp 64.5

Final scores

Rev 113.4
Jonathan 145.7
Shack 146
stuffp 176.5
publicenemy#1 189.4
Algren 194.1
MadGez 194.4
Flava 204.2
Magic Mike 246.6
rftapeout 252.9
Keyser Soze 253
O 263.3

O’s original plan of predicting 18.9 million for everything would’ve led to 225.7.

Thanks for doing the math. I was curious about it and shows that statistics were a better route to go. :funny:

What's the record for lowest score ever in a contest?

Thanksgiving was an omission. I’m not sure what to do with Poor Things since it looks like its opening is limited right now. the rest I might not do just because there’s already a lot of Nov/Dec movies. Maybe Godzilla Minus One?
