This was a misstep from Pixar. I am surprised they went with Peter Sohn who made a average movie with Good Dinosaur. I wish Docter, Stanton, Bird etc make movies. But Stanton/Bird have aspirations to make live action movies at this point. I could see Disney merge Pixar/Disney animation and curtail budgets(moving CGI work to asia?). Hopefully Docter etc move out of Disney at that time. |
