 Re: Jackass previews
So maybe $18m for Jackass?
Seems decent, but I guess people's expectations were running a bit hot this week.

 Re: Jackass previews
Shockingly disappointing for Jackass. I wonder why it was doing so well around here. Apparently it didn't do that well elsewhere. With the abysmal Moonfall ticket sales it's weird it only did just over 2x what that did even if Moonfall had IMAX. Did they include what it made in previews last Saturday?
No breakout this weekend I guess.

 Re: Jackass previews
Well, the weather was (is) pretty awful in many states. publicenemy mentioned that 300+ theaters were closed due to it. It might perform better than expected on Saturday/Sunday. Here's what I woke to this morning (first image is a FOOTBALL FIELD):

 Re: Jackass previews
Jackass will still do 25m with that, IMO

 Re: Jackass previews
Theaters around here were closed last night, as well as today. It's a huge bummer. Jackass can certainly recover but losing the chance to see it with a raukus opening night crowd might deter some people from seeing in theaters at all. Is it weird that the bad reviews and epic floppage of Moonfall make me want to see it more?

90% on RT for JA with some calling it a masterpiece.
Did not expect that! Wouldn't be shocked by a sleeper run if this becomes a watercooler hit.

 Re: Jackass previews
Jackass seems to be doing great in my area. Hoping for a $10m Friday with previews.

I'm seeing $9.5m and $3.4m for the openers...
