Re: Monday #s
HBO max will cut short Matrix's legs, now that the reviews and WoM didn't generate enough buzz.

Re: Weekday #s 12/28-12/31
Lots of people took Monday off (also a holiday in Canada) but went back to work on Tuesday. Think that would have been a big impact.

Hmm I was also expecting an increase of no drop for Tuesday for Spidey. Let's see how other movies did.

Looks like West Side Story is making more in it's 4th weekend then in its second weekend. And God, Matrix and Kingsman's dailies are close despite the former opening twice as much. I'm sure that almost a million cases over the holiday weekend is starting be felt as well. I think this will be the last weekend most people say "F it"
This is the first time I've known over 15 people at the same time out on medical leave.

Re: Weekday #s 12/28-12/31
With the drop on Tuesday this is a decent number but other than a few weekdays NWH's run hasn't been impressive thus far.

It’s having solid legs considering it will have a way bigger multiplier than majority of Marvel movies. It has a chance to have a bigger multiple than Shang Chi. It’s just not pulling a Force Awakens.

Re: Weekday #s 12/28-12/31
I am predicting $18m Thursday (10% decline) and $76m weekend (10% decline because 31st is on Friday and the evening shows would just die). It has a shot at $630m but if it can stay flat on Thursday or somehow do a great Friday then it will be locked.

one of the craziest BO performances ever. Will handily outgross the original Spider-man, adjusted.

Re: Weekday #s 12/28-12/31
Do a lot of people even go to 3D showings? Very limited. Also premium screens are pretty in demand so there's that but this is gonna make well over $700m so... yeah, even with those factors it's still the biggest Spider-Man movie ever.

Re: Weekday #s 12/28-12/31
I’m pretty sure the average ticket price takes into account 3D up charge, so the impact would be minimal.
