Eternals - 7.819
Clifford - 4.2

Looks like Eternals will drop less than 65%, good lol

Also Clifford may hit $20m for the 5-day, which is pretty decent.

Clifford feels like the story of the weekend (says a lot). Looks to do low $20's over the 5day and it's available for at home streaming. It's got a light weekend next week as I think Ghostbusters will skew older and even with Thanksgiving competition from Encanto should benefit from the holiday holds. Could do $60-70M and probably could have done $100M+ in normal times.

Oh and Venom will pass $200M off of a 13.9% weekly drop? :noway: Will need to hold on to theaters but if it has a decent Thanksgiving bump could possibly catch up to Shang Chi. Will spend its 7th consecutive weekend in the top 5.

Dune's 29% drop is also a very good recovery.

Great drops for anything not involving Marvel or horror.

Not sure why they opened Belfast so wide. Is the number good or bad? Hard to tell in this climate.

Poor Last Night in Soho, such a flop.

Dune though! Let's go for $110M now!

Belfast will have a higher PTA than Spencer's first weekend so seems decent. Idk why they stopped doing the platform releases eith LA/NY first, wonder when they'll start doing that again.

There are some articles on Deadline that have touched on why studios are going wider with arthouse films now rather than platforming them. Here's one.
