Movies looks a mess to me. The whole plot point of holland screwing up the spell which could break the multiverse seem ridiculous. That said this has the hype and I expect Tobey's 1st scene to bring the house down. I think this club will easily happen at this point. Something like 170/510 kind of run(2nd friday is Eve and so i expect humongous drop like SW8 had). |

Even Kingsman is marketed imax and i dont see how. |

This does indeed look like shit. The trailer is terribly edited, the jokes were not funny whatsoever, there are too many characters, the FX look cheap..this looks like a disaster similar to SPIDE-RMAN 3. |

A lot is going on, certainly. And there seems to be some shots that feature either Tobey or Andrew that were heavily edited to exclude them. Such as the scene near the end with most of the villains together, where The Lizard is punched by an invisible person (presumably Andrew). But I think all of this just hypes it up more with the fans. Don't think too much can be read into the actual quality based on a trailer where they're being careful to exclude certain characters/plot points. |

Homecoming and Far From Home were both really underwhelming movies tbh so I wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't that much better. I think the multiverse stuff could be cool but we'll see... |

Homecoming was ok but Far From Home was very entertaining. Certainly much better than the Webb films at least. |

I have not liked either one of new spiderman movies though Holland is a good SM. I doubt this will be good either though if Tobey has a reasonably role, I am curious to check it out. I am expecting mixed reviews but want to know reaction to Tobey in this. That is the key as to how big this movie will be. I wonder if Sony will avoid press/critic screenings until release week to avoid spoilers. |

Yeah last night wasn't able to get tickets unt 2 hours after they went on sale. Premium showings for Thursday night are pretty much booked and regular showings are pretty full too. Crazy. |

Got tired of waiting last night around 2am. Went to sleep, woke up at 5am and managed to buy tickets for the 4pm Thursday afternoon showing and 7pm Friday night. I can't understand how ticket sites STILL haven't gotten their shits together. |
