Gretel & Hansel - $7m Weekend

The Rhythm Section - $3m Weekend

What a disaster for The Rhythm Section.

These fuckers refuse to make comedies or romcoms with a mid budget anymore but spend 50 mil on the Rhythm Section

Yep RS should have been a Netflix or other streamer.

Kind of ok for G&H but what a string of horror duds we are seeing. Probably the worst since the early 00s

I thought Rhythm Section could open to 10 million just based off of the names attached. Ouch. Lively got Age of Adaline over 10 million, for pete's sake.

I'm kinda surprised Doolittle is performing not that bad. Like not good because of its budget but its legs is looking ok.

She doesn’t have theatrical draw. But she probably has SVOD draw.

Blake Lively still has somewhat of a career at this point because she's married to Ryan Reynolds. Poor Leighton Meester.

No competition will do that. Sonic opening will probably be the start of its decline.

Blake is not bad but her career is based on having classy fashionable type of look. If you're casting her wear a wig and hold a gun you’re fooling herself.

Rhythm Section might break the record of worst wide release in 3,000+ theaters. Wow.

Leighton Meester is on a pretty successful TV show currently. And married to a knockoff Ryan Reynolds.

There was bound to be a movie like this, and there will be more. As theater counts like 3,000 keep becoming more common, eventually a disappointment and bomb gets it. Makes sense it happened on Super Bowl weekend. Not much competition for theaters right now.
