It looks very cheap, uninspired compared to the likes of Pixar, DreamWorks and even Blue Sky. It may be lucky to get an American theatrical release, but I highly doubt that. There's at the moment no single studio that is backing 'Delgo', and this trailer has been out for nearly two years.

Well keep in mind I'm talking 3,400 theaters and a huge ad campaign with tie ins. That'd be a definite dissapointment I'd say with that sort of money going into marketing.

Now I know why there aren't more independently-made CGI films. I actually saw a trailer for it like a year and a half ago, it looked bad then, it looks worse now.

Okay. I guess I'm just easily entertained (or maybe I've just seen too many of my little nieces' Barbie videos), but I thought it looked interesting. Not box-office, feature film interesting, but direct-to-video/DVD interesting. It's something my nieces would probably watch, and I'd probably watch it with them. Joy
