Another bad drop for Kingdom of Heaven. It'll fall about 50% this weekend.

Crash will have a very good hold this weekend. It only needs a 100% increase for a 40% Friday-to-Friday drop, and a 125% Friday increase will push the drop to sub 30%.

Hmmm. Looking at those numbers, who think KOH is going to drop over 60% this weekend?

Crash will make over $6 million this weekend, it seems.

Kingdom of Heaven will probably drop slghtly over 50%. Probably will top out at $55-60 million.

The Amityville Horror is still competing with Sahara for a higher total gross, heh.

It will overtake Sahara. Sahara will lose legs very quickly when Sith comes out, but horror audiance might be in less conflict?

I wouldn't be so sure. The Amitiyville Horror is losing over 1,000 theatres this weekend, less than Sahara and their weekend takes and daily takes are close (with AH a bit ahead). This weekend, AH might do less than Sahara, actually it most likely will.

I think at the end, Sahara will have the edge by about $1 million.

Amityville Horror did what it did and now it's time to head off to DVD world and make more $$$$... Either way, I'm pleased as punch with both the movie and it's performance and who knows when I'll get this excited aboiut a horror movie again..
