Post Scott's Star Wars Opening weekend Prediction
Yes, another star wars thread. Live with it. This is posted cause its a WoKJ main site news.

http://www.worldofkj.com/Prediction-StarWars.php

I guess Maverikk will be delighted by this one. I will embrace the dark side and still continue to predict between 145 and 150 million. My bet still stands.

Even if Episode III *only* gets $130 million for the 4-day weekend, that's still a 79.38% for Scott, which isn't bad.

I think it's very hard for someone to get under 75% on Episode III unless their prediction is insane.

Here are the rest of my predictions.

Monster in Law - 13.8m (-40%)
Kicking and Screaming - 11.8m (-42%)
Crash - 4.8m (-32%)
Unleashed - 4.4m (-60%)
Kingdom of Heaven - 4.4m (-54%)
House of Wax - 2.8m (-58%)
Interpreter - 2.7m (-42%)
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - 2.0m (-60%)
Mindhunters - 0.8m (-58%)

Top Ten Cume (with Star Wars's 108.8 million) - 156.3 million.

I decided to give my predictions here because I pretty much did all the coverage on this article I wrote, and nothing else is worth mentioning. Well, discuss these predictions too.

You copied mine, Scott! :) Just kidding. Good predictions. Looks like we'll still be pretty much tied after this week.

I saw your predictions and they are extremely similar (let's see what Ragnarok sent).

BTW, I sent a 148.8 million prediction for the Derby for Sith, because that is the middle ground, but my gut is still at 158.8 million.

Scott should try a hostile takeover of Mojo. He's so much better than BG.

Just incredible the way his analysis basically detailed how the entire 4 days unfolded in reality.

Great great job, Scott!
