Expect a drop over 50% due to direct competition from XXX: State of the Union.

I'm suprised by The Interpreter. However, over the week Kung Fu Hustle has been the most frontloaded.

Still that's good Thursday hold for Kung Fu Hustle. With a standard 150% increase and 3.3 multiplier, it will be right at 4M this weekend.

I wonder when will MDB make 100? it has like 99.4 now.
also when will Sahara pass Amityville?

Well, Kung Fu Hustle's numbers just got re-adjusted for the worse.

Hmnmmm, The Interpreter's big drops throughout the week surprise me. The movie doesn't seem like one to be frontloaded Should still reach $75 million.
The Amityville Horror is doing very well legs-wise. It'll break $65 million and approach $70 million by the end of its run.
Sahara did very well so far, but I think the upcoming summer blockbusters will prevent it from crossing $70 million. I wonder if Sahara or The Amityville Horror will end up with more. I give a slight edge to Sahara.

I'm gonna predict right now that not only will XXX2 suck, but that Amityville will hold it's own quite well against it, plus throw Hitchhiker's in there to for extra measures.. :box2:
