Well, it's been running for 331 weeks now (opened on 10/13/1998)!

It is ever so slowly rolling toward 50 million. Do you think there is enough steam to do it?

What are your predictions for when T-Rex makes it to 50 million, and will the T-Rex finally bow out this year?

I say it will make it by Memorial Day weekend, but it can definitely be sooner; it really depends on how the movie capitalizes on Spring Break. Only 36,217 dollar to go!

I saw that IMAX film when i went to D.C last september at the National museam where there is an actual T-rex skeleton, the movie was filmed there also.I thought it was complete crap.

If you want to see a real good made for IMAX film go to the kennedy space center museam and see Space station 3d,I was amazed!

For what its worth, Aliens of the Deep was one of the best 3D IMAX films I've seen. But then again, I suck Cameron's nipple.

If Everest played as long as most other IMAX movies it would have at least 110 million.

I think Space Station 3D has a more impressive run. It will probably surpass Everest if it gets to run for 330+ weeks like T-rex.

LOL, I hate Cameron because he doesn't make many films anymore! He should at least make one every 2 or 3 years - he's one of the best directors out there - maybe the best one! :-k

Kubrick didn't make many films post-1975.

Took rather a while to get there..which isnt uncommon for IMAX films i know, but fans will kinda lose interest.

I also saw this when I visited DC. It was atrocious. But hey, at least I got a few laughs out of it.

It should hit $50 million within the next month.

Space Station 3-D hit $50 million a few weeks ago and could very easily make it to $75 million or more before it is removed from theaters (if that ever happens).

Was it better than Ghosts of the Abyss? Cos that sucked a fair bit of nipple itself. And by nipple, I mean big, sweaty bottom.

My favourite IMAX 3D film so far has been The Polar Express. Not that great a film by itself, but in IMAX 3D it was spectacular.

Is this film only playing in D.C or something?

Depends on what you like. I find marine biology more interesting than wreck dives.
