Post The Shark Tale B.O. thread.
I'd like this to be the official Shark Tale discussion thread.

Great 3rd weekend, I have no doubts now about a 200m TOB.
I think it will continue to hold the #1 spot until Nov. 5, and could potentially hurt "The Incredidbles" TOB.

I think "Shark Tale" will be helped by "The Grudge" in the same way Team America did. Lots of younger kids are going to sneak in. :(

I predict another 15m+ weekend for Shark Tale
10-13m for Grudge

Yes much better weekend drops for Shark Tale than I had cocneived in the beginning, however, I don;t think it is good enough to reach $200 million domestically and will stall around the $170-$180 million rnage, a great success anyways!

I agree and with another 170m internationally, great profit.

No need to sneak in, The Grudge is PG-13.

is it possible to have shark tale remain #1 for a 4th straight week or has the possible become impossible?

Its depends on how well The Grudge and Surviving Christmas do.

I hate the movie, almost as much as I despised Shrek 2.

I guess I just dont take well to all the puns that are thrown over and over down my throat.

To each his own. The movie has preformed very well.

It was good, but nowhere near great. I definently don't see how it earned over $400 million, but whatever.

Shark Tale suprised the hell out of me.I first thought it would do 110mill tops but now it will be closer to 200mill with the incredible drops its having.

I think it will be #2 next weekend with about 15mill.

I think it will get about 180m. It has great legs, and there is every reason to think they will continue until The Incredibles open. However, by that time it will have earned most of its gross. I would give it 153m by that time. At that point, it will be hit hard, but it will still have at least 20m left in it.

As much as I dislike the film, I think it will rule next weekend also. Dreamworks made a very smart choice releasing it this time of the year. The Grudge is poised to disappoint imo, but then again, look at what we got from the Forgotten.

I definently see a total somewhere in the $180-190 million range. Excellent.

I think it will end with 180-190 million.
I may regret this later but I think some people may be overpredicting The incredibles

We'll see once the Monday numbers come out. If it's over 1m, 200m solidifies my position I think.

4-6m Mon.-Thur.
14-16m Weekend

Barely, so it probably won't gross 4M Monday to Thursday. Since we're in the fall, I don't think the weekdays will be strong enough to push it much higher than 170.

Well actually dropped today, I was so hoping for 200m but with less than 1m a day it's going to be very tough now I have to admit.
