 Re: The Dark Knight Rises OW Record Club of FUCK 3D This article from boxoffice.com says that TDKR will have many more IMAX screens than TDK did. I don't know if that is true, but if it is, it is very good news for TDKR. That could compensate quite a bit for the lack of 3D. There's a theater close to me that has an IMAX screen, and the price is 16$ per ticket, wether it is in 3D or not.

Less than 100(94, was a record at the time) IMAX screens for TDK and expected to be over 350 for TDKR. Its going to get around 90 more IMAX screens than TA had because TA only opened in the digital projected screens while TDKR will get film projecting along with digital. _________________The Force Awakens

Frankly no one can argue that Heath Ledger overpowered Batmans performance in TDK easily.
