2000 SCREENS not theaters, im guessing anywhere from 600-1000 theaters will disappear this weekend.

It's funny that you're both having this conversation. excel, what's the point in asking how much he benches? He'll throw out a high number, and you could easily lie and say that you bench 50lbs. higher than he does, and so on. It's the internet.

I can benchmore than Superman... Does that make me the winner?
Does it count if Superman is wearing kryptonite at the time of reference?
And to stay on topic. Say no to 200 million! It will fall.

Or maybe the AI braniac, it would be cool if green lantern made a cameo.

Plan X must be a new one here

Not happening.. There just isn't any interest in this character in this generation today.. I honestly don't understand why WB and Singer simply just can't accept this..

It will be Brainiac. They've been wanting to do Brainiac every since... Superman III.

Magnus wrote: NO! Brainiac woudl have been perfect for SR, but of course they fucked it up. But now that they have fucked that up, they need to have Darkseid. The shots of Darkseid fighting Superman would be awesome.
Superman's rogue's gallery isn't that impressive beyond Lex Luthor. Brainiac is the next most recognizible character probably followed by Bizarro and Mr. Myxplx or however you spell it.

No.
If J.J. Abrams is let near a Superman script again, let alone to read it, everyone in charge of Superman at the WB should be fired.

$200 million is starting looking a bit possible now, but with so much compettion and a loss of 900+ theatres this weekend, it looks to drop over 45%, so it will probably still finish below $200 million.
