Per Charlie- 97 opening day with 58 true Friday. A+ audience score, 200-215 for the weekend.

This is the definition of a crowd pleaser. WOM will be phenomenal. I think Charlie is being conservative with his range. I wouldn't be surprised if its north of 225.

Amazing Summer for Disney. They will have the #1 and #2 biggest movies of the year. Let's see if DP and Wolverine can challenge Inside Out 2. I doubt it but 500+ is in the cards.

It might be close between it and Inside Out. If it’s as well received as it seems, even No Way Home did a 3x multiple with a 260m opening

Even with the reception I do think it'll be somewhat frontloaded so people can avoid spoilers. Wonder if it can beat Joker WW.

I think it can beat Joker. Joker was not a fun movie or honestly that good, Deadpool and Wolverine seems at least fun

200m will happen. Unlike Thor this has strong WOM. I was traveling past week and so did not look at PS beyond what was posted at BOT Tracking thread, but it will increase from true friday for sure. I am also expecting good sunday hold. so OW around 210m. Amazing stuff indeed. I did not expect strong reception for this for sure.

Well the parents of the world have proven they are fine with taking their kids to a very R rated movie so long as it has the Disney brand on it.

Me Thursday would not have anticipated a $210-ish OW. Me Saturday night, after having seen it twice, totally gets it.

Marvel is back! Just needed Marvel Jesus to resurrect the MCU. With RDJ coming back as Doom in the next Avengers things are definitely looking good for Marvel and Disney.
