It would have been much worse for WB if the ScarJo thing didn't happen. People paid less attention to Nolan leaving when Disney vs ScarJo heated up. |

As far as I know it's available in a lot of Latin America countries and some european ones, problem is for a ton of countries there's already existing deals for HBO titles licensing so they have to wait them out before they can launch their service unless they want to try with like 20% of their catalogue. |

HBO Max isn't out yet in Italy,Germany,UK France,Australia,Japan and many other countries and it was launched only 2 months ago in Spain and Nordic countries. |
