True I think TDKR will at least get a 2.15 multiplier off its weekend.
However compared to Spider Man 3 and TA, TDK was more frontloaded over the weekend so I expect TDKR to be more.
Its not that important as you get much bigger opening days in July and better weekdays.

Three minutes to go. I hope they don't crash.
ETA: Oh, and they have a 150 minute run time. So still nothing official obviously.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises OW Record Club of Tickets Now on S Well I got an IMAX midnight. It was 13.00. It loses out on 3.00 due to no 3D, but I'm glad there's no 3D since no movies really translate that experience as far as I can tell after seeing so many of them now.

57 million -40%
51 million -10%
= 204 million weekend.
If Friday is near 100 million then TA would go down
However really the opening weekends of TA and TDKR will not be matched for a long time I would imagine.

Re: The Dark Knight Rises OW Record Club of Tickets Now on S Just bought two tickets for the midnight IMAX in Silver Spring, MD. The manager was surprised they were almost sold out. They added 3:30 regular shows and said tickets were moving much faster than for The Avengers.
