lol i want supes to be successful so we get a sequel.
and that huge posrt was made becuase a lot of people here seem to think w.b. is kind of a joke when ti comes to marketing, and clearly their not.

Roid, don't underestimate the beach ball. The beach ball is the biggest seller of any product (more than 360 and PS2 combined) during the summer. Every single person will buy it. They'll take it to the beach, and other people will see it and end up buying one, and after looking at the beach ball for a month, they'll go to the theater and see the film.

Ok so WB's marketing is nowhere as bad as Universal's but it's still not very satisfying, considering the fact that they're reviving a dead franchise. Yeah, everybody knows who Superman is, but would they wanna see Superman just because of that? I doubt it. WB doesn't fail to aware people about Superman but they don't succeed to draw what the movie lacks, general audiences.
